What data we process

• Browsing data. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the service, only for as long as necessary.
• Contact requests. The website form does not send data to our servers: it prepares a message sent from your own WhatsApp. If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and manage your request or enrolment.

Cookies and similar tools

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. It only uses two technical storage items on your device, which do not require consent:

• vrt-partenza (session): avoids repeating the intro animation during the same visit;
• vrt-consenso: remembers your choice about external content.

External content, only with your consent. Some videos are hosted by YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) and Facebook. They load only if you accept in the banner or press "Load the video"; Google or Meta may then set their own cookies under their policies. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences.

The Beach Cross race video is hosted by FMI Calabria and is downloaded from there only if you press play. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp open external services only if you follow them.

Legal bases and retention

Replying to your requests and managing enrolments and activities (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); website security (Art. 6.1.f); external content only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a). Data are kept as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
